Love Thai Express, especially after Thai Thai's terrible service left a bad taste in my mouth. Fast, affordable, and friendly, my favorite dish has shitake mushrooms, which i love. They are more than happy to make any dish spicy by request. And i prefer their Thai Tea to others also.

Simple, delicious...

My girlfriend and I shared a beef salad, egg roll, pot stickers, beef panang and chicken masaman curry. I am half Thai; we thought all the food was excellent. Everything was served on disposable containers with disposable utensils, so it wouldn't be a place for atmosphere, but the prices are good. You bus your own tables and the bathrooms are clean.

It is "Fast Food Thai", that's why they have a drive-thru. Its quick, easy, affordable, and consistently good. I very much agree the decor inside needs help, but for the price...Is that why you go? As far as flavor, I've like almost everything Ive had. Not crazy about the curry/coconut milk dish either. My favorites: Thai beef salad-tasty, healthy & fast Pepper Chicken & Spicy Basil Chicken, -spicy lots of veggies & full of flavor. Lard Nar-Its like Beef & Broccoli over wide noodles Beef Noodle Soup is awesome-actually a Vietnamese staple.

OK for the price but you know you're eating cheap. I've only eaten in, and the dining area is so starkly institutional that it's a turn off. They serve on styrofoam dishes, but you're only paying $5 for a large plate of food. I find the food bland and too runny because of too much coconut milk. Not enough fresh veggies but the rolls are decent and who can screw up Thai iced tea? It's a decent alternative to regular fast food, but that's still what it is.

We went tonight at this Thai Express. The beef salad is good but the portion is small. My husband had a curry. It was not very good. The portion is small. I don't think it's very cheap. Both of food were very salty.

This place had fast service, good food and decent prices. And it was open on a Monday when many places were closed. The Thai Tea was a large glass (unusual at thai places) and the hot green tea was a whole pot. Pad Thai was good, not amazing, but good. The chicken chunks were nice sized and not gristly. The Panaang Chicken was HOT but good and again the cuts of chicken were good. Do not be put off by the casual dining room (former fast food place) as this is a "real" Thai restaurant that is worth the time and money.

Drove across town for the Bubble Tea and Thai Coffee. The Green Tea was delicious but did not have many of the tapioca balls. Super disappointing:(. The Thai Coffee is amazing. I haven't eaten here yet but I did get a quick look of the dining room. It is surprisingly clean for an old Krystal's building. It smelled so yummy in the restaurant, I will be visiting again soon for a meal!

Who on earth thought it was a good idea to turn Thai "Express" into a full service restaurant? I used to love eating here but ever since the students in the WKU Ad department got involved to make "improvements", it has just become more complicated. It was fine how it was. They do not need wait staff. I do not need some inexperienced college student to hand me a menu and bring me chop sticks. I have been eating at Thai express for years and have always been able to manage without a waiter just fine. Despite the place being taken over by a bunch of 19 year old ad students, the food is still the same and just as delicious; so I guess I'll just have to get takeout from now on. I'm not giving my money to their wait staff.
